Consumer — A natural or legal person who expresses a desire to purchase, purchases, or may purchase a product or use a service for a purpose not directly related to their business activities.

Buyer — A person who purchases goods in the Seller’s online store. The Buyer may be either a Consumer or a person who is not a Consumer.

Product — Any item that the Seller offers or sells to the Consumer through this website.

Manufacturer — A person who, within the scope of their economic or professional activity, manufactures or restores a product for sale or identifies themselves as a Manufacturer by marking the product, its packaging, or its technical documentation with their name (company), surname, brand, or other distinguishing mark.

Regulatory Acts — The Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 255 of May 20, 2014, "Regulations on Distance Contracts," the Consumer Rights Protection Law, the Civil Law, the Commercial Law, and other applicable regulatory acts.

Warranty — A guarantee provided by the Manufacturer, Seller, or service provider that the Product, service, or its components will maintain their usability, safety, and performance for a specified period, and that the Manufacturer, Seller, or service provider assumes additional obligations not prescribed by this law or other regulatory acts.

Usage Instructions — Guidelines provided by the Manufacturer or Seller that, when followed, ensure the Product retains its usability and proper quality while preventing risks to the Consumer’s property, health, life, or the environment.

Price — The final price of the Product, including taxes and fees, as indicated on the website. The price does not include delivery charges.

Website — The Seller’s website at www.vtb.lv.

Parties — The Seller and the Buyer.

General Terms and Conditions — These terms (the general terms and conditions of the website).

1. General Terms

1.1. These terms govern the legal relationship between the Buyer and the Seller.

1.2. Before using the Website, please carefully read these Terms of Use.

1.3. By starting to use the Website, the user agrees to comply with these Terms.

1.4. The Seller may delete, modify, or supplement the information on the Website partially or fully without prior notice.

1.5. The images and descriptions of the displayed products may slightly differ from the actual Products offered.

2. Right of Withdrawal

2.1. The Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the Product purchase within 14 (fourteen) days, covering delivery costs in accordance with regulatory acts.

2.2. The withdrawal period starts from the date of Product delivery (for a single Product), from the last Product delivery date (if multiple Products were ordered), or from the last delivery of a batch or part (if the delivery is in batches or parts).

2.3. Exercising the right of withdrawal means notifying the Seller about the decision to return the Product.

2.4. The Consumer may notify the Seller using the provided withdrawal form or a freely written notification containing:

The recipient (Seller’s name, actual address, phone number, email address)
A statement: "I hereby notify that I wish to withdraw from the purchase of the following Product"
The order/receipt date
The Consumer’s name and surname
The Consumer’s address
The Consumer’s signature (only if the form is submitted in paper form)
The date

2.5. The returned Product must be delivered to Vienības Gatve 78, Rīga, in full packaging.

2.6. If the Product's packaging had to be opened to inspect it, the Consumer may return it without packaging.

2.7. Submitting a withdrawal request within the deadline terminates the contract, releasing the Consumer from all contractual obligations.

2.8. The Consumer cannot withdraw from a purchase if the Product is custom-made, perishable, or hygiene-related with opened packaging.

2.9. The refund is issued using the original payment method.

3. Consumer Responsibilities

3.1. The Consumer is responsible for any decrease in the Product’s value if it was used beyond necessary inspection limits.

3.2. The Consumer must return the Product within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal request. The Seller must refund the amount, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request.

3.3. The Consumer is responsible for maintaining the Product’s quality and safety during the withdrawal period.

4. Warranty

4.1. The Consumer has the right to submit a claim for Product non-conformity within two years from the purchase date and must do so within two months of discovering the defect.

4.2. If the Manufacturer or Seller has provided an additional warranty, the Consumer may submit a claim for the remaining warranty period under the specified conditions.

4.3. The Consumer must attach a copy of the purchase receipt when submitting a claim.

4.4. Claims will be reviewed within seven business days, and a response will be sent to the contact address provided. If the claim is rejected, the Consumer has the right to pursue other legal remedies.

5. Delivery

Delivery in Rīga from €20 (depending on the district).
Delivery outside Rīga: €1 per kilometer (depending on the district).
Delivery is performed within the specified time.
Delivery hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00.
If the recipient is unavailable, the order is returned to the Seller and redelivered at an additional cost.
The recipient will be notified of the delivery.
For urgent deliveries, please contact us by phone.
Orders placed outside business hours will be processed the next morning.

6. Payment

Products can be paid for using one of the following methods:

Bank transfer
Visa or MasterCard

7. Dispute Resolution

The legal relationships arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
